Korean Beef Kebabs

Ingredients
- 3 sirloin steaks (cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger (crushed)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)
- 3 green chillies (chopped)
- 2 spring onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the beef. Mix well until the beef is coated. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for an hour to marinade.
Step 2
Thread the beef onto 6 inch skewers. Leave 1/2 inch gap between each piece of meat, this will allow them to cook more evenly. Cook on the BBQ, turning every 5-6 minutes until brown in colour. If your not cooking on a BBQ then you can cook on a griddle with a little vegetable oil.
Step 3
Sprinkle with a little extra sesame seeds and serve with a side salad.
